Anthony Hié is Chief Innovation & Digital Officer, member of the Executive Committee at Excelia Group Previously Chief Information & Digital Officer, member of the Executive Committee at ESCP Business School (2018-2021), Director of Digital and IS at the Catholic University of Paris (2015-2018) Director of Organisation and Information Systems at the Department of Moselle (2012-2015), CIO of the Reims Management School group and of the Reims Chamber of Commerce (2001-2012). Head of IS France for the USC Europe group, manufacturer of aerosols (1996-2001).He holds a Master’s degree in IS Audit and Design from the University of Lorraine and a Specialised Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from ESSEC Business School. He is also ITIL3/ITIL4 certified and holds a certification in digital marketing from the University of Illinois, USA. He previously held several IT positions at Aerospatiale.He received the 2023 Innovation & Digital Transformation Trophy in the Education category from Solutions Numériques French magazine.Anthony Hié has implemented multiple phygital transformation plans in industry, public service, and higher education, which have allowed him to develop a holistic expertise in digital project management including change and human resources management.Anthony Hié possesses skills in integrating AI into EdTech solutions and how Generative AI is profoundly transforming the world of education. His expertise includes developing personalized and adaptive learning technologies, utilizing intelligent systems to improve learning experience design, and promoting the use of AI to enhance skill development and educational outcomes. He masters also the issues and challenges of artificial intelligence in the world of media, as well as in tourism. He is also an expert in cutting-edge technologies such as immersive learning and mixed reality applied to pedagogy. He has designed several educational metaverses that stimulate students' cognitive abilities.He has produced over 68 publications in cutting-edge technology or education media (Le Monde, Les Echos, Le JDN, News Tank & Recherche, Le Figaro étudiants, IT Social...) on innovation and the use of emerging technologies.
